Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Once package has been shipped, it is out of TB Molds hands. What does this mean? If your package becomes lost or stolen, you will need to contact USPS for further information and file a claim through them. All packages come with $100.00 insurance. TB Molds is not responsible for refunding lost or stolen packages.
